At [Aurora range sheepskins I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because every sheepskin is a unique, natural product, I understand that seeing and feeling the texture in person is important.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return, the sheepskin must be in its original, unused condition. Because these are natural products, please ensure they are returned free from pet hair, odors (such as smoke or perfume), and any signs of wear.
Once I have received the returned item at my shop in Glendale, I will inspect it to ensure it meets the condition requirements above.
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
If your sheepskin arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact me immediately at [Insert Email Address] with photos of the issue. I will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.
If you are local to the Isle of Skye or visiting the area, you are more than welcome to return your item directly to my shop in Glendale. Please bring your order confirmation with you as proof of purchase.
